A New Dream for Their Family

Massiel came to our Homestead clinic with her husband, suspecting she might be pregnant again. Their daughter, Paula, was only eight months old. When the pregnancy test came back positive, Massiel broke down in tears.

Having recently moved from Canada, she feared her dream of revalidating her nursing license was slipping away, but in the midst of her fears, something changed. She realized the life growing inside her was just as precious as the little girl already in her arms.
During the ultrasound, the sound of her baby’s heartbeat filled the room, and Massiel courageously chose life.

Today, Massiel and her husband have welcomed their beautiful daughter, Victoria. While their plans may have changed, they have embraced new hopes and dreams for their growing family. Little Paula is so happy to be a big sister!

In the Silence, God Was Moving

At just 18 years old and in college, Alexia suspected she was pregnant and, overwhelmed with fear and uncertainty, went to Planned Parenthood. Before going inside, she met a compassionate Sidewalk Advocate who encouraged her to visit our Kendall clinic. Although she listened, she still entered Planned Parenthood.

The next day, unable to stop thinking about the encounter, Alexia came to our clinic searching for answers. During her counseling session, she was guarded and unsure. After seeing her baby during the ultrasound, she left still undecided and never returned for her follow-up appointment.

Just when we thought we had lost touch, God brought Alexia back. During another visit and ultrasound, her heart was transformed, and she chose life for her baby.

Alexia walked through the doors of two different places that offered two very different paths. By God’s grace, she chose life. Today, she is grateful to God and to our Kendall clinic for helping her welcome her beautiful baby girl, Genesis, into the world.

Safe to Hope

On March 2, 2026, beautiful baby Ara was born. Her story began with her mother, Eunjung, a recent immigrant from Korea without health insurance or legal status in the United States. She did not know where to turn for help. She came to our Kendall clinic with many concerns and questions, believing that abortion was her only option.

At 13 weeks and 4 days, Eunjung and her partner experienced an unforgettable moment during their first ultrasound. As they saw their baby on the screen for the very first time, they were amazed by how much their baby had already grown.

They were in shock to see how big their baby was and how perfectly formed the tiny hands, feet, and body already were. Seeing their baby’s heartbeat and watching their little one move brought tears to both of their eyes.

Throughout her pregnancy, the clinic had the privilege of walking alongside this growing family by providing compassionate care, guidance, resources, and encouragement. They found a place where they could ask questions, receive support, and make informed decisions without judgment.

Recently, Eunjung and her partner returned to the clinic with baby Ara, so our team could finally meet the precious little girl whose journey we had been honored to witness from the very beginning.

God's Plan Was Greater

When Ariadna walked through our doors, her eyes were filled with fear and uncertainty. She had recently arrived in Florida from Spain, still adjusting to a new country and holding onto hope for a brighter future with her husband. Then life took an unexpected turn. During a hospital visit after not feeling well, she received shocking news, she was pregnant… with twins.

Then life took an unexpected turn. During a hospital visit after not feeling well, she received shocking news, she was pregnant… with twins. The pregnancy was completely unplanned, and the pain of two previous losses weighed heavily on her heart.

Those experiences had left deep scars of fear and doubt. With no health insurance and no family nearby, anxiety followed her daily. This high-risk pregnancy felt overwhelming, and she didn’t know where to turn for medical care or guidance. Her husband stood faithfully by her side, offering steady support. Yet the reality of providing for two babies in a foreign country felt daunting. Frustrated and desperate for help, Ariadna came to us searching for answers.

Through compassionate counseling, medical information, and a life-affirming ultrasound, everything began to change. The moment she saw and heard her babies’ heartbeats for the first time, fear gave way to relief, joy, and awe. What once felt impossible began to feel like a precious gift. During her visits, Ariadna received referrals for prenatal care, along with baby supplies, clothing, and ongoing encouragement.

She fell deeply in love with her twin babies and now calls her visit to Heartbeat of Miami one of the greatest blessings of her pregnancy.
Today, she looks ahead with hope, grateful to God for His protection and thankful for the support she received during her time of crisis as she prepares to welcome her beautiful family of four.

The Courage to Continue

Fifteen-year-old Kamila came to our clinic feeling desperate and alone. Without the support of her mother, who encouraged her to abort, she sobbed in our counseling room. She shared how overwhelmed she felt, not only by her pregnancy but by the weight of her past and a difficult childhood.

But just as the stone was rolled away on Easter morning,
something began to shift in Kamila’s heart. After truly listening to her, meeting her with compassion, and reminding her that she was not alone, Kamila encountered hope.

She began to understand that within her was a beautiful, unrepeatable life. Despite the pressure surrounding her, Kamila chose courage. She chose life.

With the support of her boyfriend, Kamila returned to the clinic. The moment they saw their baby on the ultrasound, everything changed. They were filled with amazement and love. In that instant, Kamila felt a deep peace, a reassurance that she was making the right decision. She continued her education at a high school for pregnant young women, preparing not only for her future, but for the life of her child.

We praise God that today Kamila holds baby Liam in her arms, filled with love and gratitude. By His grace, her relationship with her mother has been beautifully restored. Her mother now supports her with love and helps care for Liam.

What once felt like fear and despair has been transformed into life, healing, and hope. One “yes” to life became a ripple of grace, not only for Kamila and her baby, but for her entire family.

Love Across Two Countries

Maydelis first came to our North Miami clinic facing a difficult and emotional decision. She was considering abortion due to overwhelming financial challenges and the deep pain of being separated from her daughter in Cuba. For seven years, she had longed to have her daughter by her side, and this weighed heavily on her heart. She felt guilty about the possibility of having another child while her daughter remained far away.

Although she initially did not want to have an abortion, Maydelis felt that her circumstances left her with no other choice. She wrestled with many thoughts and emotions as she tried to decide what to do.

Everything began to change when she received compassionate support, education, and practical resources from our team. During her ultrasound at 12 weeks, she saw her baby for the first time. In that moment, her perspective shifted. She later shared that she could not believe she had ever considered aborting her baby.

Hope, Love, and Family

When Yelenis first came to our Hialeah clinic, she was 22 years old, facing her first pregnancy and looking for answers. During her ultrasound, she received an unexpected surprise…she wasn’t expecting one baby, but twins. The joy she and her boyfriend experienced in that moment was unforgettable. But God wasn’t finished writing their story.

Over the months, we had the privilege of watching their journey continue. We saw their relationship grow stronger, celebrated their engagement, and witnessed the unwavering love and support her fiancé showed every step of the way. What began as an unexpected pregnancy blossomed into a beautiful family.
Today, they are the proud parents of two precious baby girls, Sophia and Ashley!
Stories like Yelenis’ remind us that our mission is about so much more than helping a woman choose life for her baby. It is about walking alongside women, strengthening fathers, supporting relationships, and helping families flourish.  We are deeply grateful that God allowed us to be a small part of their journey, and none of it would be possible without faithful supporters like you.

A Journey of Faith

Meet Marianyela, who came to our clinic seeking an abortion. She felt it was her only option due to her unplanned pregnancy and challenging circumstances. Marianyela had recently migrated from Venezuela, leaving behind her 9-year-old son and husband. Her husband, too, supported the decision to terminate the pregnancy due to their financial difficulties.

Despite her initial decision, Marianyela received compassionate support and education from our client advocate, Maria. After much reflection and guidance, she decided to embrace the pregnancy, placing her faith in God and that He would provide for her family.

Today, Marianyela’s life has transformed remarkably. Her husband and son have joined her here, and he has secured employment. The family is now thriving together and has joyfully welcomed their second son, Luciano Emmanuel who was born August 27, 2024.

We celebrate this beautiful journey with Marianyela and her family, grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of their story. Thank you, Lord, for the precious life of Emmanuel.

A DOUBLE BLESSING!

Meet baby boys Chester and Charlie, two precious lives who entered the world on January 21, 2024. Their mother, Chabely, first came to our clinic seeking confirmation of her pregnancy, unsure of what to do next. With a 14-month-old baby already depending on her, she and her boyfriend struggled with doubts, wondering if they were truly ready, both emotionally and financially, to welcome more children into their lives.

The weight of these concerns made the decision feel overwhelming.During counseling sessions, Chabely expressed mutual agreement with her boyfriend that it wasn’t the ideal time for a new addition to their family. However, everything changed when an ultrasound revealed that she was carrying twins. Overwhelmed by this unexpected news, Chabely was taken aback but found comfort in the rhythmic beats of her babies’ hearts, prompting her to choose life for them.

We extended an invitation for her boyfriend to join her for counseling and a courtesy ultrasound, during which he pledged his support and also embraced the decision to welcome their twins into the world. Their joint acceptance of this newfound blessing is a testament to their faith and commitment to their growing family.

Grateful for the support provided by Heartbeat of Miami and guided by their faith, Chabely and her boyfriend now revel in the joy of their expanded family, cherishing their newfound happiness and the health of their family of five.

Courage Over Fear

18-year-old Monica walked into our clinic, her heart heavy with fear and uncertainty. She believed abortion was her only choice. She felt too young, too unprepared, too alone. She had only been with her boyfriend for a year, and he had no idea she was pregnant. No one did. The weight of her secret pressed down on her, leaving her anxious and afraid. Would her family support her? Could she even do this?

But then, everything changed.

During her
counseling session, Monica saw her baby for the first time, just nine weeks along, but so full of life. And then, she heard it. A tiny heartbeat, strong and steady, echoing in the quiet room. At that moment, something inside her shifted. Tears filled her eyes as she realized she wasn’t alone. Her baby was right there with her.

With newfound courage, she chose life. She shared the news with her mother and boyfriend, and instead of rejection, she found love and support. On June 27, 2023, sweet baby Jarlet entered the world, filling their hearts with joy. Today, Monica and her boyfriend are overwhelmed with gratitude, cherishing every moment with their precious daughter.

We praise God for His perfect plan and for the miracle of life that continues to shine through Monica and baby Jarlet.
